  3. I, Fred Higgins, am the sole author and creator of this scheme.  This scheme is Freeware and as such may be distributed freely.

  6. This scheme was a extremely long time in the making. There's alot of detail and all the icons were hand created by me. I started from the ground up and completely customized this scheme to be part of a interface overhaul.

  8. If you downloaded COBALT 1.0 then you recieved:

  10. ･ COBALT 1.0 Kaleidascope Color Scheme
  11. Drop this into your extensions folder in the Kaleidascope color schemes folder.

  13. ･ COBALT Desktop Picture (Sys.8)
  14. For those of you who don't have system 8, get it!

  16. ･ COBALT Cursor
  17. A  cool blue cursor I created, drop it into your extensions folder and restart.
